Rent includes high-speed internet, trash service, water, an electricity allowance, and access to The Flamingo’s amenities. Residents are responsible for electricity overages and water. 

You can make secure payments through our online resident portal using a bank account, debit, or credit card. 

While designed for students, Mosaic is open to anyone who meets the lease requirements. 

Yes — every apartment comes fully furnished with modern furniture, stainless-steel appliances, and in-unit laundry. 

Yes, limited parking is available for an additional monthly fee. Spaces are leased on a first-come, first-served basis. Learn more. 

Yes, residents enjoy 24/7 emergency maintenance and a convenient online system for service requests. 

The Flamingo is a 24/7 resident facility featuring a full fitness center, study rooms, printing stations, a micro market, and more — all included with your lease.
