    Yes, we are on track to complete the building by May 2027.

  • Is individual leasing available?

    Yes, you can sign an individual lease or a joint lease with your friends. The choice is yours.

  • How many floors does Mosaic have?

    There are five floors.

  • Is there parking available at Mosaic?

    While parking is not directly at the property. Our sister property, Smile, offers a variety of parking options within a 3-minute walk. As a Mosaic resident, you will receive the discounted resident rate at Smile.

  • What amenities does Mosaic offer?

    Mosaic features numerous amenities! This will include a fitness center, 24-hour sky lounge, gaming room, study areas, on-site maintenance and management.

  • Does Mosaic have secure entry?

    Yes, the property will operate using the ButterflyMX system. To enter the building and your unit, you will need to be a registered resident.

  • Is there a fitness center in the building?

    Yes, Mosaic will feature its own fitness center. As a Mosaic resident, you will also have access to the Smile fitness center.

  • Are there utilities included?

    Yes, your utility fee will cover water, sewer, recycling, trash and internet (we provide the router). Electricity is billed to the property and charged back to the residents.

  • What quad is Mosaic on at UIUC?

    Mosaic is located in the Engineering quad.

  • Is there an elevator?

    Yes, there are 3!

    Yes, the property will operate using ButterflyMX, a keyless entry system. To enter the building and your unit, you will need to be a registered resident.

    Yes, Mosaic will feature its own fitness center. As a Mosaic resident, you will also have access to the Smile fitness center.

  • Are there utilities included?

    Yes, a utility fee will cover water, sewer, recycling, trash and internet (we provide the router). While electricity is not included in the monthly utility fee, charges for your unit's electricity usage will be billed back to your tenant ledger.

  • What quad is Mosaic on at UIUC?

  • Can I schedule a tour?

    While tours of Mosaic are not available during construction, we are able to show you 608 Chalmers. 608 Chalmers features some of the same finishes and similar layouts, making it a great way to get a feel for the quality and style you can expect at Mosaic.
